  • Q. How far in advance should I book?

    A minimum of 3 month prior to event date is required for all bookings. Most clients book 3–6 months ahead, especially for weddings and peak‑season events. If your date is sooner, feel free to reach out and we’ll always let you know our availability.

    Q. What areas do you serve?

    We travel throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and parts of Long Island. If your event is outside of these areas, just ask and we’re happy to discuss travel options.

    Q. What types of events do you support?

    Weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, milestone birthdays, corporate gatherings, community events, and more. If you’re planning a celebration with a cozy or whimsical vibe, the Book Nook can be part of it.

    Q. Can I customize my package?

    Absolutely. Every event is unique, and we’re happy to tailor book selections, signage, and add‑ons to match your theme or story.

    Q. How does setup work?

    Our team will arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before your event to set up the Book Nook. All décor, books, and signage are arranged on‑site, and we handle breakdown at the end of the event.

    Q. Do you stay for the entire event?

    Yes, an agent will remain on‑site to offer book recommendations, assist guests, and ensure the experience feels warm, welcoming, and interactive.

    Q. How many books do you bring?

    Outside of the 50 Blind Date Books for guests that are included with each package, we typically bring roughly 300-400 curated titles. Selections are tailored to your theme, audience, and genre preferences.

    Q. Can guests purchase books?

    Yes. Guests are welcome to browse and purchase books during the event. If you prefer a non‑sales experience (browsing only or covering the cost of guest selections) set-up can be adjusted accordingly.
